All Sales Are Final
All Crown Hair Collective sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the product description and confirm all selected product options before completing checkout.
Before Checkout
Please Review Your Crown Carefully
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all product selections before placing an order. Please make sure the following details are correct:
- Texture
- Color
- Length
- Lace size
- Wig cap size
Because all sales are final, selecting the wrong texture, color, length, lace size, or wig cap size does not qualify the order for a return or exchange.
Returns & Refunds
Can I Return My Order?
Crown Hair Collective does not accept standard returns or refunds because all sales are final. Please make sure you understand the product description and selected options before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Item
Received Something Different From Your Order?
If Crown Hair Collective sends an item different from the product or option shown in your confirmed order, the item may qualify for an exchange after review.
Please note that receiving an incorrect item does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request must first be reviewed by Crown Hair Collective.
Reporting an Issue
How to Report an Incorrect Item
Please contact Crown Hair Collective as soon as possible if you believe you received an incorrect item.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used during checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item received
Do not install, color, cut, bleach, wash, or otherwise alter the item while your request is being reviewed.
Order Cancellations
12-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
Requests submitted after the 12-hour cancellation window cannot be accommodated once the order has entered processing.
