Shipping & Processing

Preparing Your Crown

Processing time begins after your order and payment have been successfully received. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate, so both should be considered when estimating when your order will arrive.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays. Processing may also take longer during holidays, launches, promotions, or other high-volume periods.

Tracking

Track Your Crown

Tracking information will be provided once your package has been prepared and shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to complete the first scan before tracking activity appears.

Carrier tracking may occasionally take time to update. If your package shows no movement for an extended period, please contact Crown Hair Collective with your order number and the email address used at checkout so your order can be reviewed.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

All Crown Hair Collective sales are final. Before completing checkout, please carefully review the product description and confirm all selected options, including:

• Texture
• Color
• Length
• Lace size
• Wig cap size

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all product selections before checkout. An incorrectly selected texture, length, color, lace size, or cap size does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Order Issue

Received an Incorrect Item?

If Crown Hair Collective sends an item different from the product or option shown in your confirmed order, the item may qualify for an exchange after review.

Receiving an incorrect item does not automatically guarantee a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• The email address used during checkout
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item received

Do not install, color, cut, bleach, wash, or otherwise alter the item while your request is being reviewed.

Order Cancellations

12-Hour Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

Requests received after the 12-hour cancellation window cannot be accommodated once the order has entered processing.

Address changes are not permitted after an order has been placed. For any other requested order change, please contact Crown Hair Collective immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
